Real-Time Dashboard for Farm Management
Problem
Farm owners face a massive blind spot when they aren't physically on-site. Traditional farm management relies on end-of-day reports, meaning owners only find out what happened on their farm the next morning. To get real-time updates on active fields, workforce distribution, or critical alerts, they had to spend their entire day in the fields. This lack of instant visibility led to delayed decision-making and operational bottlenecks.
Solution
I designed a live, data-driven dashboard for Aydi Eye that gives farm owners a real-time pulse of their entire operation at a single glance. Through user research, I discovered that owners needed to quickly track tasks, monitor workforce efficiency, and spot immediate issues without feeling overwhelmed by data. After multiple design iterations and refining the information hierarchy based on user feedback, I built a clean, modular layout. The final dashboard prioritizes instant clarity: high-level metrics (To-Do, In-Progress, Active Fields, and Alerts) sit at the top, a live timeline tracks ongoing operations on the right, and visual breakdowns of field statuses and labor distribution keep owners connected to their land from anywhere, at any second.
